Mechanical engineer, Mr. Rudi M. Lang establishes a design services office specializing in the design
of clamping equipment, in Rutesheim, Germany |

Build of and moving in to new premises at Otto-Hahn-Straße 11, Ditzingen-Heimerdingen, Germany.
To the already established design and development came the production and assembly of clamping equipment,
turret heads and metal cutting machine components. |

Application for and receipt of the patent for our modular turn table and turret head system.
Which is still used to this day. |

Extension to our production area with the build of a new workshop. |
| 1982 |
Further extension to the office and production areas. |
| 1985 |
Purchase and 100% takeover including the staff of the company Volz Machinenbau GmbH in Eberdingen Germany. |
| 1991 |
With an extension at the sister plant in Eberdingen the production area is increased to 1500m²
thereby increasing production capacity for metal cutting machines. |
